Refund policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may return any unworn watch in its original, undamaged condition with all packaging within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund of the item price.

To start a return, email us at watch@pergor-atelier.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Watches showing signs of wear, damage or missing parts may be subject to a deduction in value.

This withdrawal right does not affect your statutory warranty rights. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
